Fauntleroy landed awkwardly on her left leg and went down under the basket and grabbed her left knee. She stayed on the ground for a few minutes while athletic trainers attended to her, and she eventually left the court but wasn't putting weight on her left leg. Tennessee was winning 119-49 when she left the game.

The fifth-year started the game at Food City Center for Tennessee and logged 10 points on 5-for-10 shooting with four assists, four steals, one rebound and one block in 18 minutes.

Fauntleroy transferred to Tennessee this spring after playing at East Carolina last season. She started her career at Georgetown before transferring to Oklahoma State and then Arizona State before playing at ECU.
