The Sooners rallied for a 27-24 win over the Longhorns to snap a two-game skid in the series and avoid falling to the .500 mark this season.

But it wasn't quite enough to climb back into the the US LBM Coaches Poll on Sunday. The AP Top 25 will be released later on Sunday, Oct. 11.

Up next for the Sooners (4-2, 1-1 SEC) is a Saturday night game against Kentucky on Owen Field in Norman (6:30 p.m., SEC Network).
