Legendary cornerback Stephon Gilmore officially retired as a New England Patriot on Friday. During his press conference, he was asked about his favorite play as a member of the team.

Gilmore made many key plays for the Patriots over the years, and he has two plays in mind that stood out. In the 2017 AFC Championship Game, he broke up a pass in the fourth quarter on fourth down, which sealed the Patriots' trip to the Super Bowl in 2018.
In Super Bowl 53, he made a leaping interception with 4:13 left in the game, snagging the Jared Goff-thrown ball over Rams wideout Brandin Cooks.
He admitted that it was hard to choose the best between the two plays, but according to Patriots Wire's Sophie Weller, he said winning Super Bowl LIII was his favorite memory with the Patriots.
Gilmore, a former NFL Defensive Player of the Year, was a cornerstone defender for the Patriots throughout his tenure with the team. Now, he can officially retire with the team and close out his Hall of Fame-worthy career.
