Lawson can now smirk loudly at her haters after she has been receiving non-stop criticism throughout the tournament. The coach has been called out immensely for many of the strategies and tactics that she has undertaken throughout the tournament, with some even predicting Team USA to lose this World Cup.

It seems like the same haters that trolled Lawson are now hailing her as a big hero. This was pointed out by Natalie Esquire, who called out those who have been criticizing Lawson for the way she handled this team.

One of the main reasons why Kara Lawson has been getting criticized in the recent past is because of her decisions regarding Caitlin Clark. Clark was obviously expected to be a big-time phenomenon in the World Cup before the tournament could even kick off.

However, Lawson was derided massively for not naming Clark as part of the starting lineup in the tournament. Despite all the hatred towards her, Lawson’s tactics proved to be incredibly right for the team, with the USA winning the World Cup after defeating France.
