The Hlinka Gretzky Cup is an annual tournament for under-18 teams that is jointly organized by Canada, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. It consists of eight teams. The United States is the defending champion, but Canada has historically dominated this event, winning gold 25 times. The next closest is Russia with five titles, followed by the United States with two.
