The Seahawks head into the season as the Super Bowl champions, while teams like the Kansas City Chiefs will be hoping for a much better run this time around.

Now, USA Today’s 2026 NFL record projections have started to do the rounds on social media, and fans from many teams have been having their say.

Miami Dolphins projected a 1-16 record in 2026 NFL season

The Rams and the Seahawks are expected to have the best regular seasons, with both having projected records of 14-3.

Meanwhile, the Miami Dolphins are being tipped to win just one game in 2026, with a record of 1-16.

On that potentially awful record, one fan commented: “Ouch, 1-16 for a Dolphins fan is tough. I hope it’s not true.”

Another wrote: “Do you know how bad a team gotta be to go 1-16 man.”

Elsewhere, a third fan responded: “That’s insane! There’s no way the Jets are going to be that good.”

Another suggested: “Cowboys lol will never win 11 games with that defence.”

“Dallas being 14-3 would be more accurate,” added a fifth NFL fan.

While a sixth claimed: “Way too early to project records. Free agency and draft will change everything. Which team do you think is most overrated here?”
