Harbour was rated as a four-star player on the 247Sports composite rankings and was the No. 4 overall player in Wisconsin. Penn State won Harbour's commitment over offers from Auburn, Florida, Michigan, Ohio State, and more.
Career Stats
Donnie Harbour did not see any game action as a true freshman in 2024 or as a redshirt freshman in the 2025 season. He did earn developmental squad offensive player of the week honors five times as a true freshman and is among those expected to continue to develop in 2026.
