Brewers place Logan Henderson on injured list with back issue

Logan Henderson won't be making his scheduled start May 27 as expected, and is instead will be on the shelf for another couple of weeks.

Henderson was placed on the 15-day injured list prior to the Milwaukee Brewers game May 26 with lower back tightness, which he experienced during his most recent outing.
The right-hander pitched five scoreless innings against the Los Angeles Dodgers on May 22 but didn't recover as hoped.
The Brewers are projecting a mid-June return for Henderson.
Henderson is off to a smashing start to his MLB career, becoming the first player since at least 1901 begin his career by making 10 straight starts with two or fewer runs allowed. In five starts and 23 innings this season, Henderson has a 2.74 ERA.
Coleman Crow was recalled from Class AAA Nashville, likely to replace Henderson in the rotation May 27.
