Social media reacts to Nebraska's devastating loss to Washington
· Yahoo Sports
Nebraska football lost to the Washington Huskies 17-10 on Saturday night. Nebraska led until the fourth quarter but, for the third straight game, failed to hold onto the lead.
Washington then scored 17 unanswered points, including a game-winning touchdown in the final two minutes. This was another heartbreaking loss for a Huskers program that had the chance to end its losing streak and become bowl eligible.

Quarterback Anthony Colandrea went 24-of-44, throwing for a touchdown and three interceptions. Freshman running back Jamal Rule carried the ball 13 times for 72 yards. Wide receiver Jacory Barney Jr. led all wideouts with 65 yards on six receptions.
The defense surrendered only 267 total yards and 32 rushing yards but couldn't make the key plays late to hang on to the lead. Nebraska is now 17-3 all-time on Halloween.
This game left Nebraska fans mad and even some calling for coach Matt Rhule to be fired. We found some of the best (and perhaps more tame) reactions on social media.
