OU football OL Ryan Fodje ruled out, several Sooners questionable vs South Carolina

NORMAN — Oklahoma offensive lineman Ryan Fodje was ruled out for the second consecutive week on Wednesday's initial SEC availability report.
Fodje was injured in the Sooners' win over Kentucky.

Additionally, a couple of OU players who were injured against Mississippi State are listed as questionable, including safety Peyton Bowen and center Jake Maikkula. Sooners coach Brent Venables reiterated on his Monday coach's show that Bowen "is good."
If Maikkula can't go, OU would likely start Western Kentucky transfer Caleb Nitta at center.
Linebacker Cole Sullivan left the MSU game and never returned. He's listed as out.
Defensive back Eli Bowen, who popped up on the availability report ahead of the Sooners' game against Texas and has been out since, is questionable. Defensive back Reggie Powers III, who was banged up against the Bulldogs, is available.
OU hosts the Gamecocks at 3:15 p.m. Saturday at Gaylord Family — Oklahoma Memorial Stadium on SEC Network.
