· Yahoo Sports
The 16th-ranked (4-1, 2-1) Mississippi State Bulldogs play against the 22nd-ranked (4-2, 1-2) LSU Tigers on the road at Tiger Stadium in Week 7 of the regular season. One injury to monitor is Kamario Taylor, who suffered a turf toe injury in Week 5 against Alabama. Taylor was a limited participant this week and was listed as questionable in Thursday’s availability report.

Taylor is essentially ruled out, since most players listed as doubtful have less than a 25% chance of playing. As a result, redshirt freshman Parker Puckett is expected to start at quarterback.

@PeteThamel I’m glad. He doesn’t need to be rushed back. We still have a lot to achieve.
