Nick Woltemade believes he produced his best performance for Juventus so far after scoring in their 2-1 comeback victory over Celta Vigo in the Europa League. The German striker helped the Bianconeri recover from a slow start and secure a win after falling behind against the Spanish side.
Juventus struggled to impose themselves early in the match, allowing Celta Vigo to take the lead and carry their advantage into half-time. Juve needed a stronger response after the break, and Woltemade delivered when he found the net in the 58th minute to bring his team level.
Woltemade continues to contribute in Europe
Woltemade was selected to start the match and repaid that decision with another European goal. His latest strike followed his previous effort against NEC in the same competition, offering further encouragement as he looks to establish himself at Juventus.
Although he has not played in many matches for the Bianconeri, the forward believes his display against Celta Vigo marked a personal high point since joining the club. His goal helped Juventus get back into the contest and gave the team renewed belief as they pushed for a winning result.

German striker targets further improvement
Speaking via Football Italia, Woltemade reflected on his performance and explained how scoring could help him build confidence as a striker.
“I think this was my best game for Juve, obviously I can do better, but I am happy with the goal. A goal always helps confidence, fo course, that is important for a striker, and I want to keep getting stronger.”
The forward was pleased with his contribution but also acknowledged that there is room for improvement. His comments suggest he wants to use this performance as a foundation rather than treat it as the limit of what he can achieve.
Scoring regularly will be important as Woltemade works to earn more opportunities in the Juventus team. Another goal in Europe could strengthen his confidence, while continued progress may help him become a more consistent contributor.
