Rams Welcome Back Aaron Donald, 2 Others for Bills Showdown

The Los Angeles Rams are bringing back three key players from the injured list ahead of their big Monday Night Football matchup against the Buffalo Bills.

The big defensive returns

The Rams are bringing back Aaron Donald for Monday’s game after he sat out Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles.

While he’s had a relatively slow start in production, Donald is pushing the pocket on every down he plays and drawing heavy defensive attention.

The Eagles will need him against a star quarterback like Josh Allen, who can change the game with his arm and legs.

Additionally, cornerback Jaylen Watson is returning from a shoulder injury after missing a week.

Watson is a strong tackler who provides consistent coverage and helps the secondary limit Allen’s top weapons.

Defensively, the only injury question mark of note is Quentin Lake, the starting safety, who is questionable with a hip injury.

Compared to last week’s game, defensive coordinator Chris Shula must feel good about the number of defensive options he will have.

Who is returning on offense?

On offense, the Rams get Colby Parkinson back, one of the key players because they often play multi-tight-end sets.

Parkinson is a quality blocker who has really shined as a pass-catcher with the Rams, and his return will help support the team since tight end Terrance Ferguson is out with an injured wrist.

Puka Nacua did not make the final injury report, a good sign, as he seems to be quite healthy after missing multiple games with a hip injury.

With so many players returning and given how good the team has looked without them, the Rams are in good shape to win their big upcoming matchup.
