Data has been released for the season so far, detailing whichPremier League players have completed the most high-speed runs while pressing. A high-speed run is defined as a sustained speed of 20km/h or faster while applying pressure to opposition sides.
5. Harrison Armstrong - Everton (192)
Harrison Armstrong has added energy to theEverton midfield this season, with the teenager starting all five fixtures for the Blues. The 19-year-old leads the Premier League for distance covered and ranks fifth for high-speed pressures. He's given David Moyes' midfield a lift.
4. Thierno Barry - Everton (206)
Everton have a reputation for deep defensive lines under David Moyes, but have two of the top five footballers in the league for high-speed pressures. Thierno Barry has completed 206 so far this season, in what has been an encouraging start to the season for the 23-year-old. Barry has scored five goals in seven games across all competitions.
3. Gonzalo Garcia - Fulham (214)
Fulhamspent an initial £34.3m to sign Gonzalo Garcia from Real Madrid in the summer, as Alvaro Arbeloa reunited with the Spanish striker. The 22-year-old has scored twice in seven games, and netted twice for Spain's u-21 side during the break.

Igor Thiago was arguably the breakout star of the Premier League last season, scoring 22 goals to finish as runner-up for the Golden Boot. Thiago has taken time to get going this time around, but it's not for the want of trying. The Brazilian's 218 high-speed pressures rank second in the division.

Szoboszlai has made more high-speed pressures than any other player in the Premier League, and by a distance. That will surprise few who have seen him galloping around Anfield often.
