The Titans announced roster moves on Tuesday in Week 5. Tennessee signed defensive back Derrick Canteen (Cincinnati), linebacker Chase Wilson (West Virginia) and offensive lineman Chandler Zavala (North Carolina State) to its practice squad.

The Titans also released three three players from their practice squad, including former Vol defensive back Jalen McMurray. Linebacker Owen Pappoe (Auburn) and offensive lineman Nick Broeker (Ole Miss) were also waived on Tuesday.

McMurray was assigned to Tennessee's practice squad on Aug. 31 ahead of the NFL regular season. He signed with the Titans as an undrafted free agent following the NFL draft in April.

McMurray played for the Vols from 2024-25. He appeared in 26 games, including 10 starts. In two seasons at Tennessee, McMurray totaled 70 tackles, six tackles for a loss, two sacks, nine pass breakups and two quarterback hurries.
