Player of the Week
McKenna Gobin, Clemens: senior, middle blocker/outside hitter - Gobin, who is signed with Tulsa, recorded 29 kills, 15 digs, five aces, four blocks and five assists to lead the Buffaloes to a four-set win against rival Steele in a battle of first place teams in District 27-6A. She added 17 kills, 11 digs and three aces in a four-set win against Judson.
Game balls
- Sotomayor's Corina Barrera recorded a career best 31 digs in a sweep against Stevens that keeps the Wildcats in a tie for third in District 29-6A with Warren.
- Kerrville Tivy's Rylie Coates had 32 assists, 10 kills and 10 digs in a sweep against Canyon Lake.
- San Antonio Christian's Sara Cleveland had 22 kills, 11 digs and three blocks in a four-set win against Schertz John Paul II.
- Brandeis had two players reach career milestones with sophomore Adalyn Gutierrez getting to 1,000 digs and freshman Addison Wells recording 1,000 assists.
- Somerset's Jasira Jones had 64 assists, 25 digs and 11 aces in five-set wins against Uvalde and Memorial.
- MacArthur's Abigail Wells combined for 41 kills in victories against San Antonio Veterans Memorial and Seguin. Against Veterans Memorial, she had 25 kills and 10 digs in four-set win.
