Oh, and Boston could potentially be down a key player as it hopes to keep its season alive. Roman Anthony exited in the sixth inning of Tuesday's loss, and Red Sox manager Chad Tracy revealed postgame it had to do with the right hand that derailed the designated hitter's regular season.
"He took a check-swing and then another swing and his hand flared on him," Tracy said. "And it got uncomfortable, so we had to make a move there."
Anthony, 22, played only 55 regular-season games after landing on the injured list with a right hand issue in May. Here's what we know about his status for Game 2 tonight.

Tracy said postgame "It's hard to say" whether Anthony will be available for Game 2. But with the Red Sox's season on the line, Anthony is likely going to give it the best shot he can.
