Demarcus Robinson is questionable to return for the San Francisco’s 49ers after suffering an injury during Sunday’s NFL matchup against the Miami Dolphins.

Robinson entered Week 2 after catching two passes for 50 yards and a touchdown in San Francisco’s 27-7 win over the Los Angeles Rams.
His 39-yard touchdown reception from Brock Purdy was one of the highlights of his season debut.
San Francisco also has Mike Evans, Deebo Samuel and Christian McCaffrey available, but Robinson had quickly established himself as another reliable option in Purdy’s passing game. Any extended absence would put more pressure on the remaining receivers.
49ers have already lost several players to injuries
Robinson is the latest addition to a growing injury list for San Francisco.
Rookie wide receiver De’Zhaun Stribling is already on injured reserve after suffering an ankle injury in Week 1. Stribling underwent surgery and is expected to miss roughly 10 weeks, although the 49ers anticipate he will return this season.
Tight end Jake Tonges also landed on injured reserve after suffering an MCL injury in the opener. San Francisco responded by signing tight end Jack Stoll and promoting wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge from its practice squad.
The 49ers also entered Sunday with several players managing injuries. George Kittle was dealing with an Achilles issue, while Khalid Kareem had a shoulder injury and Keion White was dealing with a back issue. Kaelon Black was questionable with a groin injury but was active against Miami.
Jordan Watkins was inactive for Sunday’s game, further reducing the team’s receiver depth.
