METAIRIE, La. (WGNO) - In the latest episode of What's GoiNg On in Sports? WGNO's Jared Paul Joseph and Meagan Glover preview LSU's primetime showdown against Ole Miss and discuss the New Orleans Saints heading into week two.
The Magnolia Bowl will be a top-10 showdown for the first time in 64 years, last occurring in 1962, but the biggest headline will be Lane Kiffin's returning to Oxford less than a year since heading to Baton Rouge.

"I know obviously a lot is going to be made about me, but this is about the players being prepared really well and playing really well. I told the players {Monday} you don't have anything to worry about, as far as attention on you all week, and there's just going to be so much attention, hatred, everything on me," Kiffin said regarding Saturday's matchup.
The biggest question mark though has been quarterback Sam Leavitt's health status.
LSU listed Leavitt as doubtful for its initial injury report, but local reports said the Arizona State transfer missed Wednesday's session due to back tightness.
The Tigers upgraded Leavitt to questionable on Thursday's report.
However, during an interview with the LHSAA Network, Kiffin still remained vague, regarding the quarterback's status for Saturday.
"We'll see. It's still early. We're still not there yet so we're still looking at everything and, hopefully, everything will be good," Kiffin explained.
No. 7 LSU and No. 8 Ole Miss kickoff their week three showdown Saturday night at 6:30 p.m. on WGNO.
Meanwhile, the New Orleans Saints offense will need to get off to a faster start in week two, after going down 21-0 in the season-opening loss at the Detroit Lions.
Quarterback Tyler Shough recorded a career-high 410 passing yards and three touchdowns, but the former second round pick also turned the ball over three times, including the first play from scrimmage in the third quarter.
"There was a lot to clean up, just as a whole offensive unit and especially myself. I wish I would have just kind of gone through my operation and had cleaner feet earlier on. My feet were too quick, and I was trying to be too perfect," Shough explained.
The Black and Gold do have a key player making his season-debut in week two though: Running back Alvin Kamara.
The 10-year veteran missed a season opener for the first time in his career, while recovering from a knee injury the ball carrier suffered in a joint practice with the Dallas Cowboys during training camp, but Kamara is ready to go.
"I'm going. If it wasn't right, I wouldn't be in so I feel great, moving well, really no limitations," Kamara said.
The Saints and Ravens kickoff week two in Baltimore at 12 p.m. local time.
