Officer Luis Triunfel, 33, allegedly raided his friend’s Boynton Avenue first-floor apartment around 12:15 a.m. Aug. 31 and grabbed a shopping cart that held a single black metallic safe with a key lock, according to a complaint filed in Bronx Criminal Court.
