The latest victim is No. 6 Oregon and Oklahoma State.
The Week 2 non-conference matchup between the Ducks and Cowboys will start in a weather delay due to lightning strikes in the area of the stadium in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Both teams were slated for a noon ET (11 a.m. CT local time) kickoff.
"Thunderstorms with lightning are in the area and we are suspending play until further notice. If you are located in open air seating, proceed calmly to the area located under the stadium seating at this time," Oklahoma State posted on the jumbotron inside the stadium.
Oregon avoided a Week 1 upset to Boise State behind a dominating second half from Dante Moore and Co., while Oklahoma State took a Week 1 loss on the road to Tulsa.
