Lehlohonolo Seema sacked by Siwelele FC after Kaizer Chiefs loss

Siwelele FC have sacked head coach Lehlohonolo Seema following the team’s 3-2 loss to Kaizer Chiefs at Dobsonville Stadium on Sunday.

Seema had been in charge of Siwelele for five games this season, and he won none, drawing two and losing three.

This has left Siwelele lingering in 14th position tied on points with Marumo Gallants who are placed 15th on the log.

There were high expectations on the 46-year-old mentor after he helped Siwelele survive relegation with some big results last season.

He leaves together with his assistant Willem Jackson, and according to the club, Godfrey Mosoetsa will be in charge for the time being.

Seema was appointed by Siwelele last season following the purchase of SuperSport United for over R50 million.

Since then, he oversaw 37 offocial games across all competitions but his record is not that impressive.
