Astros owner Jim Crane reportedly refused to trade Bryan Abreu at the deadline. Abreu hasn’t allowed an earned run since July 12. He’s allowed only 7 earned runs since May 1 after allowing 13 earned runs in March/April. Abreu’s velocity also appears to be back to Abreu’s normal range:
