It's day six at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and there are plenty of Team Northern Ireland athletes in action.

Bowlers Gary Kelly and Adam McKeown play their first men's pairs match at the SEC Centre from 08:30 BST against Tonga.
Shauna O'Neill is also in women's singles action against New Zealand at 16:25.
At the SEC Armadillo, Kaitlin Saunders will compete in the weightlifting 77kg final from 09:30.
It's a busy day of athletics action at Scotsoun, with Kate O'Connor vying for a gold medal in the second day of the heptathlon.
O'Connor and Anna Macaulay will go in the women's long jump at 10:05 and javelin at 12:05.
The 800m will take place in the evening session at 20:55.
Commonwealth Games debutants Nick Griggs and James Gormley will go in the first round of the men's one mile at 11:10.
There are some more swimming heats at the Tollcross Swimming Centre from 10:30.
Ellie McCartney will go in the women's 200m breaststroke at 10:30 and Olympic champion Jack McMillan in the men's 200m freestyle at 10:42.
Northern Ireland's men's and women's sides will both go in the 4 x 100m medley relay heats at 11:40 and 11:52.
If they progress the finals will take place from 19:00 the same evening.
Daniel Wiffen will go in 1500m final at 20:44 as he aims to add a Commonwealth medal to the Olympic bronze he won in the same event two years ago.
It's a busy day for the boxers, with six of the squad in action at the SEC Centre and all of them are just one win away from securing a medal.

Jon McConnell fights Bahamas' Carl Hield at 20:15 in the men's light-middleweight 70kg while Willie John McCartan is up against Ghana's Daniel Plange in the men's super-heavyweight 90+ kg at 21:00.
