CHICAGO — Bragging rights (and cold hard cash) are up for grabs at the 2026 WNBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago.
Visit milkshakeslot.com for more information.
The All-Star festivities officially kick off Friday, July 24, with the highly anticipated 3-Point Contest and revamped WNBA Shooting Stars competition, which is set to make its debut this weekend. Both events will be held at the Wintrust Arena in the lead to the 2026 All-Star Game at the United Center on Saturday, July 25.
The 3-point Contest features a field of six WNBA superstars, including Toronto Tempo guard Marina Mabrey and Atlanta Dream forward Rhyne Howard. The winner will walk away with a $20,000 cash prize from the league, in addition to an extra $40,000 from Aflac and the Women’s National Basketball Players Association.
The Shooting Stars competition is also on the agenda, replacing the WNBA skills competition for the first time in league history. The format, which was first contested at the 2004 NBA All-Star Game in Los Angeles, will pair WNBA legends, current players and Nike EYBL Standouts together for an epic shootout.
USA TODAY Sports is on the ground for the 2026 WNBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago and will provide live coverage of Friday's festivities, including the 3-point contest, Shooting Stars and everything in between:
