Here's why 2 Phoenix Suns offseason moves aren't official yet

LAS VEGAS – The Phoenix Suns are in a holding pattern with two of their offseason moves.
Visit mwafrika.life for more information.
The franchise hasn’t officially announced the trade for Miles Bridges and addition of free agent Luke Kennard.
The Suns are using a $6.1-million tax mid-level exception on Kennard, who has agreed to a two-year, $13-million deal with a player option on the second year.
They can’t use that tax mid-level exception on Kennard until the Bridges trade goes through.
The Suns traded Grayson Allen, Royce O’Neale and an unprotected 2033 first-round pick to the Charlotte Hornets for Bridges, a 2029 first-round pick and a 2027 second-round pick after the 2026 NBA Draft.
The Arizona Republic confirmed the trade June 28.
The Hornets made an earlier trade last month in dealing LaMelo Ball to the Minnesota Timberwolves in a four-team deal involving the Brooklyn Nets and Chicago Bulls.
The Ball trade hasn't been made official, either, as that move appears to be holding up subsequent deals involving the Hornets.
The Suns officially announced July 7 the re-signing of Collin Gillespie, Mark Williams and Jordan Goodwin.
Gillespie signed a four-year deal for $48 million while Williams inked a three-year, $38-million contract.
Goodwin nabbed a three-year deal for $19 million with a player option on the third year.
Goodwin and Gillespie were unrestricted free agents while Williams was a restricted free agent.
The Suns have also signed Pat Spencer and Koby Brea to two-way deals. CJ Huntley is also on a two-way as NBA teams can have three two-way players.
