Joe Burrow leadership gets an interesting comment from new free agent

Much has been said over the last few days about the leadership of Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow.
Visit somethingsdifferent.biz for more information.
Namely, Burrow himself has a meaner approach now. The man himself says it, taking a more authoritative role in the locker room and on the field than in the past.
It’s working: Just ask new teammate Jonathan Allen.
"He's been awesome. I always love to see when he comes to the cafeteria, and he sits with every position group,” Allen said, according to Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com. “You can tell someone who is trying to be a fake leader. They're trying to be a leader, but they don't have the natural leadership qualities. With Joe, you can tell a natural leader. He's had to be a leader since he got to high school and college and what he did at LSU. That confidence just goes out to the team."
Allen would know. He’s a seasoned veteran leader himself targeted by the front office to not only help on the field, but to also tighten up a younger defensive depth chart in need of guidance.
If Allen’s feeling it, the whole locker room is. And when Burrow is the guy leaders like Allen use as a reasoning for signing with the Bengals in the first place, that’s a pretty big deal.
Considering that one year ago, a team captain even asked for a trade, it’s pretty clear that Burrow understood the leadership issue and is doing his part on that front, too. Ask Allen, it’s working the right way.
