This is nothing out of the ordinary for teams, as the Panthers canceled their minicamp and the Cardinals also axed the final day of theirs.
The Rams returned most of their players from last season and have an experienced team, so McVay likely feels his group has gotten in enough good work during OTAs to pass on the two days of minicamp, which was slated to be mandatory for players.

Monday will be the last day of the offseason program.
Seeing no reports about players missing OTAs, we can assume the Rams have had perfect attendance throughout the offseason program, as well.
Last year, the Rams held their minicamp on Maui, using it as an opportunity to spread their impact within the community with a youth football camp, as well as team bonding opportunities. Rather than holding this year’s camp in Woodland Hills, McVay has decided to skip it altogether.
After Monday’s last day, the Rams will break for summer and reconvene for training camp in July.
