Another week, another rumor stating that Tottenham Hotspur center-back Luka Vušković is willing to leave the English club:

🚨 Luka Vušković would be open to leaving Tottenham this summer.

Visit saltysenoritaaz.com for more information.

Bayern Munich and other top Premier League clubs are closely monitoring his profile with interest and have made initial contact for details on a possible deal. Preliminary stages.

Vušković, who starred for Hamburger SV in 2025/26 and will be a big part of Croatia’s hopes at the World Cup, is a top defensive prospect and Bayern Munich would — 100% — have interest in the 19-year-old.

Is this rumor real? Would Tottenham consider selling him even if he wants to leave? Would Bayern Munich actually buck up for him?

Those are all key questions that would need to be answered.

Bayern not thinking about Kane exit (Sport Bild’s Christian Falk)

As much as FC Barcelona would love this, any rumors pointing to Harry Kane being the contingency plan if a pursuit of Julián Alvarez does not work out likely will not come to fruition:

❌ It is NOT TRUE: Bayern are ready to sell Harry Kane to Barcelona for €80m. FC Bayern do not want to sell the fantastic Kane! They’ve already started talks over a new contract. The only question on the table is how long this new contract will be. Is it just one year, one year with an option, or will Harry Kane ask for longer? This could be a little problem, but in the end, they really want to keep the striker. He’s had a fantastic season and is clearly very important for Vincent Kompany’s team. So Barcelona are going to have to search for another solution if Julian Alvarez doesn’t work out.

The nugget regarding the potential length of Kane’s next extension is interesting. It is safe to say that Kane will ask for a raise on his current all-in (salary + bonus) €31,250,000 pay, but how many years will Kane want?

Juve, Sørloth agree on personal terms (Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano)

Juventus and Atlético Madrid striker Alexander Sørloth have reportedly agreed on personal terms, but now, The Old Lady has to work out a transfer fee with the LaLiga power:

🚨⚪️⚫️ Initial agreement on personal terms between Juventus and Alexander Sørloth’s camp.

Talks to continue between Juve and Atléti as the two sides keep discussing also about Nico González.

With Dušan Vlahović almost assuredly leaving Juventus, it could open the door for a striker like Sørloth to make an impact for Juve.

Kompany might have another slice of pie headed his way (Sport Bild’s Christian Falk)

Last summer, when Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany wanted the club to spend big on Xavi Simons, supervisory board member Uli Hoeneß shot down the request, but did offer the head coach a nice slice of pie.

It seems like Kompany might need to start thinking about that pie again as the coach wants Bayern Munich to buck up for Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers, but the price is far too steep for the Bavarians:

✅ It is TRUE: Vincent Kompany is interested in Morgan Rogers, likes the Aston Villa star and would like to have him in Munich. However, the price tag is very high, and there are simply too many Premier League clubs following the Englishman. I don’t think they can afford the player. Bayern fans will remember the story with Xavi Simons when Kompany tried to get the Dutchman. The manager went to Tegernsee, where Uli Hoeneß lives, and the Bayern chief told him that the price is too high, but he can have a slice of pie. I think in this case, it could be another slice of pie for Vincent Kompany!

City not concerned with losing Haaland (TEAMtalk)

Much like the noise surrounding Michael Olise, the Real Madrid presidential election has Erling Haaland’s name being tossed about.

City is scoffing at the notion that Real Madrid can swoop in and convince Haaland to leave:

Manchester City have absolutely ZERO concerns over the prospect of losing Erling Haaland to Real Madrid this summer despite more claims from unrepentant presidential candidate Enrique Riquelme, TEAMtalk can exclusively reveal.

The Spanish businessman has repeatedly insisted that Haaland will join Real Madrid should he win the club’s upcoming presidential election, sparking fresh speculation surrounding the future of one of world football’s biggest stars. However, City sources have underlined to TEAMtalk they have never taken Riquelme’s claims seriously and remain ‘entirely relaxed’ about Haaland’s situation. Indeed, there was satisfaction within the player’s camp when a firm public response was issued on Thursday to reject suggestions that an agreement is already in place.

“Everything very entertaining but it’s NOT true. We wish the best to both candidates in the Real Madrid elections,” a statement from Haaland’s camp, including father Alfie Haaland and agent Rafaela Pimenta, read.

Despite that emphatic denial, Riquelme has refused to back down.

“Haaland’s camp denied the agreement? Well, it’s part of the game. It happened with Luis Figo too,” he said. “I understand that they have to take care of the player and protect him within his club and his camp. That seems normal to me. But I’m telling you again: Erling Haaland will join Real Madrid if I’m president.”

These guys, man…

Ivory Coast checks in (X — Soutien aux éléphants)

The Ivory Coast is staying in my neck of the woods (maybe 20 minutes from where this is being written) and will be training at Subaru Park in Chester, PA — home of the Philadelphia Union:

Judging by that location, it would be shocking if the Ivory Coast is not staying at the Hotel DuPont in Wilmington, Delaware. That looks like Rodney Square and the hunch here is that they are not staying at the Staybridge Suites — not that there is anything wrong with that.

Eriksen suffers another scare (DAZN)

Denmark’s Christian Eriksen collapsed during his team’s friendly with Ukraine:

Eriksen was conscious after the collapse, which was a great sign in what was a very scary situation. Demark issued a release on the situation:
