Brad Keselowski leaves 600th NASCAR Cup start with optimism in 2026

· Yahoo Sports

Brad Keselowski made his 600th NASCAR Cup Series start at Martinsville Speedway last weekend. While Keselowski only finished in 13th place, it was an outstanding effort by the No. 6 team. The RFK Racing driver clawed his way through the field, giving the No. 6 team some momentum heading into the NASCAR off weekend.

It wasn't a weekend that flashes in the box score; however, it will build character for RFK Racing moving forward. After all, Keselowski and RFK Racing came up just short of winning the Cup Series race at Darlington Raceway the previous week. Now, Keselowski has reasons to be optimistic moving forward.

In 2025, Keselowski came close to winning the fall race at Bristol Motor Speedway, but Christopher Bell was able to hold off a strong push entering Turn 3 on the final lap. Keselowski might have 600 starts in the Cup Series, but he still feels like he can win races at NASCAR's top level.
