Dalton, Cincinnati's starting QB from 2011 to 2019, ranks second behind Ken Anderson among Cincinnati's all-time leaders in passing yardage.

In June 2025, Dalton took part in a dodgeball contest at a Savannah Bananas game at Charlotte's Bank of America Stadium.
