Paris Saint-Germain’s Bradley Barcola (23) left Stamford Bridge in a protective boot. It comes after the France international was forced off with an ankle injury midway through the second half.
Barcola went down in a collision in the 58th minute and was subsequently replaced by Désiré Doué. He hobbled to the sideline, spoke briefly with Luis Enrique and then went immediately down the tunnel. As per a report from L’Équipe, he was seen getting on the team bus with a protective boot.

Luis Enrique didn’t have too much information regarding Barcola’s injury in his post-match press conference attended by Get French Football News, simply stating that it was “nothing serious”, but said that there would be tests on the affected ankle on Wednesday in order to ascertain the severity of the injury.
In any case, his participation in PSG’s Ligue 1 game against OGC Nice is in doubt. It is also inopportune timing in terms of the France national team. Didier Deschamps will announce his list on Thursday.
